Terms of Service

Last updated: January 20, 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the InfiniteApps Forge platform, integrations, and generated assets. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or provisioning apps through Forge, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

1. Accounts & organizations

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding Supabase authentication credentials. Organization owners control billing, template repositories, and generated app environments. Owners may invite additional members and assign roles with varying levels of access.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Forge or the generated applications. Prohibited activities include reverse engineering the platform, transmitting malware, interfering with other tenants, or using generated apps for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse or security risks.

3. Subscription terms & billing

Plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis unless cancelled prior to the next renewal. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Enterprise agreements may include custom payment schedules and SLAs documented separately.

4. Data processing & security

We process customer data consistent with our Privacy Policy and security controls. Generated applications inherit the Supabase database and storage isolation model described in our documentation. You are responsible for any data uploaded by your end users.

5. Intellectual property

InfiniteApps retains ownership of the Forge platform, CLI, and shared libraries. You own the templates, customizations, and content deployed to your customer domains. Feedback you provide may be used to improve Forge without additional compensation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InfiniteApps’ liability is limited to fees paid during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. We may terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or where required by law. Upon termination, generated applications may be disabled, and we will provide reasonable time to export data.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect product improvements or changes in law. Material updates will be communicated via email or in-product notifications. Continued use of Forge after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Questions about these Terms or requests for custom agreements can be sent to team@infiniteappsai.com. Enterprise procurement teams can coordinate security reviews and custom paperwork through the same contact.
